    • 3.1.3 you consent to us transferring your personal data to one or more relevant third parties to carry out a basic disclosure check;
    • 3.1.4 you warrant that you have checked any file that you upload to us for viruses and malicious code.
    • 3.1.5 you undertake to provide to us with contact information we request.
  • 3.2. By registering with us, you agree that we may, from time to time, send you job opportunities that closely match the requirements you provided at the time of registration.
  • 3.3. You agree that we may retain copies of your CV and personal information for a reasonable period for security, legal, or regulatory purposes. We are under no obligation to restore or provide access to deleted data.
  • 3.4. You acknowledge that once your CV has been submitted, we may pass it to our clients in order to find you a work placement. You now grant us a licence to use information you submit through our Website, including but not limited to your CV.
  • 3.5. You understand that we, or a client for which you assigned to work discovers that any information you have provided to us is false, or contains serious omissions or misrepresentations your application may be rejected and, if you are already employed, your employment may be terminated.
